New Delhi. The countdown for Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) board exams to be held in February 10th and 12th has started. In such a situation, in order to remove the stress before the exam, CBSE has started tele counseling. CBSE Board has also issued a toll free number (1800-11-8004) for this. Through this number, students can take their questions from the Principal, Counselors till March 30. The board has also prepared audio-videos to avoid the stress of aggression, Internet addiction, examination. CBSE has issued this toll free number 1800-11-8004 for IVRS facility.

This number can be contacted anytime, anywhere. The board introduced this IVRS facility last year. The CBSE board has further improved the questions asked on it. On this, students, parents, and other stakeholders can listen to the useful information already recorded related to the board examinations. CBSE will have 95 principals, trained counselors and psychologists worldwide for children in schools in the country and abroad. Students can consult this number from 8 am to 10 am. Counselors will also be present at the helpline in Japan, USA, Kuwait, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, UAE, Nepal, Singapore and Oman.

CBSE has also prepared audio-visual material to prevent stress. This can be found on the counseling link on the CBSE website. Along with this, videos related to aggression, internet addiction, disorder, depression, examination anxiety, specific learning disability, life skills are also available here. At the same time, they have also been made available on the home page link of the CBSE website on YouTube and Facebook. CBSE will also issue necessary messages and tips on YouTube, Facebook and Instagram for the convenience of the students.
