New Delhi. A five-judge constitution bench of the Supreme Court will give its verdict on Monday at 10:30 am on petitions challenging the constitutional validity of the Center's decision to repeal Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir.

Justice NV Ramanna to hear on Monday the curative petition filed by Pawan Kumar Gupta, one of the four death row convicts in the Nirbhaya case The five-judge bench of the Supreme Court headed by the judge will hear. Pawan has demanded his death sentence to be sentenced to life imprisonment.
Akshay, also convicted in the case, has again filed a mercy petition. In which he said that his earlier mercy plea rejected by the court did not contain all the facts. On this matter, the court asked the Tihar Jail authorities to file a report on an application made by convict Akshay Kumar, seeking stay on the death warrant.
